This little guy is the first one i find this year.
It was coming down from the ceiling just a couple of minutes ago.
The only reason why I think tis is a correct ID is the classic black "feet" and the overall coloration.

I have also checked the eye pattern and it all seems to check out.

I'll post pics later.
