Hello All,

This morning I found a big female running loose in my living room (thank god the wife did not see her, other wise)

Well I ran and got her and as I had it in my hand she try to run off, so my first reaction was to put a hand in front of her and get my arm closer to my abdominal area.

When she saw my hand she turned around and when she felt herself too close to my stomach she tagged me, it was really fast. It felt like a Bee sting

So at the same time I was putting her into her enclosure, the tagged area started to pulsate and itch at the same time for a few seconds then I got a little bump and I felt a little bit of pain, it lasted for at least 7 minutes and then it stopped.

This was my first time getting stung by a scorpion, quite an experience specially if you don't know how you are going to react to the venom. Thinking about what could happen was worse than the sting.
