I was out picking faded hibiscus blossoms for the tortoises, and this little guy just jumped onto my arm:


(Sorry for the blurry picture -- my camera got dropped in a creek about a year ago, and hasn't been the same since).

Here he/she is back on the hibiscus bush:


Really "jumpy" little guy/gal -- kept leaping off of my arm onto the ground.  Awfully cute!

I caught a few of these while Britni and I were trimming the rosebush out front. They are jumpy, arent they? ::lol::

Looks like the one I saw a few years back only it was green and the abdomen wasn't that arched.

Cute little guy, I had no idea that they could jump.

Just caught one of my raised and released females mating in the yard on Saturday. Re-housed both male and female for future eggs. Wink
