Couple of us are heading to Lot J near Cal Poly Pomona.
Anyone else interested?

When:  Friday 10th of April.
Time: EARLY, plan on being AT THE LOCATION around 8:00 AM (9:00 AM at the latest?).

What we should expect:

Looks like ill be working on something tonight late ...plus im tired as heck.  Was considering going, but now im realizing Ill probably end up turning into a zombie if I try and squeeze in a morning trip.
I DO want to check the place out ...been curious about it since its been brought up and if i remember correctly(?) Warren, you found those dune scorps there?

Anywho... good hunting!

Yeah man. You didn't miss too much Steven.

Andrew, the weather was mid 60's and overcast as heck. Found two ladybugs one "Jerusalem Cricket" and lots of ants Rolling Eyes

We did see two or three red tails as Warren mentioned.

However we heard tales of a mythical female, but we can't prove it due to lack of pictures Wink

BUMP BUMP I COME A' KNOCKING:

SO, I want to do a little follow up on this area, we obviously found evidence of trapdoors, I'm pretty sure there is going to be T's nearby as well. Wouldn't be surprised to find scorps out (finally) and I am looking for a native 'pede to add to the group.

Rattle snakes should be out and about as weather is now fair, so:

When can we do this? Warren, when is your next Friday off?
Johnny? Steven? Andrew? everyone?

(now I'd really like to see other faces there, but remember it's a Friday -if you can make it then, COME ON-)

Ok, or would this be better on a saturday morning? (May is kind of a busy month I would still want to do this on a Friday)

Answers?
