Scales 'n' Tails

1720 W Verdugo Ave
Burbank, CA 91506
(818) 842-6496

http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en...18785&li=lmd&z=14&t=m

They have a small selection of inverts ...usually a few Ts, forest and/or flatrock scorps, and sometimes African millis.
A decent stock of herps and frogs.
A great selection of fresh/salt water fish. Very healthy tanks. Years of knowledge to back up any purchase.

Great store for feeders. I buy most of my crix, fflies, worms etc form these guys.

There was a transition of ownership ...maybe a year a go? ...since then the stress levels that I would often pick up on when there ...seemed to be getting worse.  Drove over there a few weeks ago and noticed a sign ...something like "new ownership" or "remodeling" or whatever...cant remember.  Looked dire to me.

Millenium around the corner??  hmmm... not sure what that is.. never heard of it. Is that new then?

not new - but not as knowledgeable. millennium is on victory. when i first looked at other T's i was looking at a h. lividium  that they had. i went back to get it cause it was miserable with no hide and being teasesd by the salesman. and it was gone. the guy said it got out but they had a C. bech. that the guy baited and when it made a pass at him it cracked its shell and leaked so i decided not to buy there and then. i went back a week or two later to check on it and because it was still alive i bought it. i told the guy at the time (Dif guy) that i did not like that it was damaged. he told me that he would take less. so i picked it up. it has molted once but i am hesitant  to breed it as it almost never webs. i do not know if it is capable of building a sac. so that is my experience with millenium pets buyer of scales and tails.
