I'm looking to get a table at the first show coming up. IRBA (Pomona & Del Mar shows) does not have a schedule up yet. I know Francisco has contacts at some of the other venues like the Museum of Natural History and some others. I can either get my own table, or I can share a table with someone else. The big NARBC annual show in Anaheim in September would be the ultimate, and I'm sure I would need to share a table for that one. Anyone with any advanced info would be appreciated.
My goal: If my plans go as I expect, I will be retired from my grueling, full-time, tortuous, life-sucking, unrewarding career as whipping boy at my civil service job in 2 years, 2 months, 2 weeks & 5 days. At that time, I plan on dealing inverts on a semi full-time basis. Of course, this all hinges on having the self-control to NOT dump a half dozen Sicarius down my bosses shirt.

I was talking with some reptile friends about possibly getting a table at the NARBC in Anaheim in September -- maybe we could share. We only have a few things we might be selling, so would probably have room available.
There's supposed to be an IRBA show in Pomona in May, but I don't like to give the Pomona venue my business since they stopped allowing gun shows there... There's also the Reptile Super Show in San Diego in June, but I don't feel like driving that far.
(P.S.: congratulations on your impending freedom!!!)

I would definitely be interested in sharing a table at the NARBC show. In case anyone is not familiar with that show, it is THE biggest reptile (and some inverts) show in SoCal. Although I agree with you on the Pomona gun show ban, I still would like to give it a try.

Hello,
I think is about 200 dollars per table, if I am not mistaken.
I had the chance to help James, Blaberus last years show and let me tell you he did great!!!
I sold only about 4-5 inverts!!!!!! (millipedes, centipedes, scorpions, cave spiders)
but I would not mind sharing a table again.

Nothing has been formally announced, but going by last year, there should be a show in Del Mar in April, and a Pomona show in May.
