interesting! i thought Brachythele was not a USA or even NW genus!
(remember, longitarus was misplaced in Brachythele)

its really too bad they dont have more info on where its found...... USA doesnt help us much i wonder what these others look like??? i wonder if the other mariposa animals are one of these others??? one of them has a very definted fishbone pattern. really cool looking bug

i still am leaning towards some kinda Cyrtauchenidae for that interesting trapless spider you caught

i wonder where the original records of these guys are?? there has to be specimens and collection data for a name to even exist. maybe we can find out where the records went and directly contact the university or museum or whatever it may be. i think that would be our best shot at finding any real info on these otehr spiders.

there is the paper cited that we can try to track down. that should have the original description and hopefully where the type material is, yeah
