they both have slightly girlish looking terms
i will try to remember to bring Triplefoot to the BBQ. i think he is a boy poly
and he has ~polydactylism in one of his legs (hence the name... except now he has four feet. hehehe)

today was the first time i handled pedes extensively (What's 1.5" and my 3.5" polymorpha), it was really fun.
one problem that came up though, is what to do when you know it's about to bite or it's just started test biting? i'm not sure what, if anything, wouldn't just make it bite harder.

i just tap them lightly. seems to make them forget that they were going to bite.

holy crap. you absolutely did get my 420th post.
you should definitely feel honored.
anyway, try that tap method.
it has worked for me, but i make no guarantees. the real person you should ask is Andrew.....but then again, he usually doesn't stop them from biting.
