FLV is a Flash Video format which is what is becoming the popular format now. There are WMV, AVI, MPG, and more. Usually, it has been difficult to download movies nowadays since YouTube has surfaced. I will try this at home. | ||

If you Google "save youtube videos" (without the quotes) you'll find a ton of utilities to do that. Some of them seem to work better than others. Also, to play them outside of Youtube, Google "free flv. player." There's a ton of those too. Be careful of malware though . . . | ||

What do I need to play flv formats? Will Windows Media Player, Quicktime player, or Realplayer work? Or do I need to get another utility for that? | ||
