First record of parthenogenesis in Centruroides gracilis (Latreille 1804) (Scorpiones:
Buthidae)
Abstract:
Two records of parthenogenesis are herein given for Centruroides gracilis (Latreille
1804) from Santiago de Cuba city. These are the first records of the occurrence of this
reproductive strategy in this species of Buthidae.
