If he takes it that's fine, but it does in fact look like the sp. Bakerfield.

Only other thing it could possibly be is a G. rosea?

can I ask if this T has a very specific type of urticating hair???
ftorres

Hello All,
Sure you can ask Oscar.

It does have urticating hairs, but I don't know which type 1,2,or 3 not sure.

One more hint  This particular Genus is in the CITES list

Brachypelma schroederi Rudloff?
ftorres

Hello All,
We have a winner.

It is a B schroederi, it was described a few years ago and it is endemic to a small area in the Yucatan Peninsula.

This particular one is a female, the male is smaller than she is and I hope I can breed them in a year or two.

Adam congratulations, you won the P regalis juvenile.

thank you all for playing.

AGTrauger

Thanks Francisco.  Although I really need to thank Kevin for giving some names and not wanting to win  Twisted Evil  All I had to do was guess which, then Francisco's CITES reference made it easy  Laughing
ftorres

hello all,
yes it was a given since Vixvy had already mentioned B verdezi.
