Jerusalem CricketHere's my Stenopelmatus sp. compliments of What. That's not a question, it's from Kevin. These guys can really eat, I mean the cricket, not Kevin. Over the last month, it has put away an entire lobster roach, multiple servings of cooked oatmeal (to keep his cholesterol down) and a hunk of apple. Kevin is supposed to be a mensch and catch a few more so I can try a colony of these guys.

HEllo David,
Inmatures make a much better colony inverts than adults.
For some reason adults die fast in a terrarium set up.
Inmatures can live up to a year plus in captivity.
One of my last Jerusalem laid eggs but I was not able to hatch them.
good luck David.

You can dig around in my yard and find some when you come to the BBQ! I bet you can find a few without much effort.

Hello Celeste,
Perfect, I will bring my Bobcat and bulldozer.
If you need a swimming pool, let me know I can dig a little bit more!!!!!

I'll be sure to arrive early with my Ronco Find-A-Stenopelmatus machine. "Just set it, and forget it!"

He's right I collected about 7 at the last bbq and i put two together. All that was left was the head and it was still moving. I'm trying to breed these as well.
