I have caught the Green Fruit Beetle (cotinus mutabilis) and was wounder how to raise it. Also any tips on how to catch them outside?

i am currently feeding my one with mangos and lots of moisture. It seems to be very happy.

Get some compost leaves or oak mulch.

Substrate should be around 5-8 inches deep so the female can ovoposit.

Is your cutinus really big or a small one????
Females are smaller than males so if you have an empty KK or any other container with good ventilation and deep, use it to haouse them.

To catch them just let some fruit outside and eventually they will be attracted to it.

They arer easy to breed and rear but the puppation stage is the most critical, if disturbed they tend to die.

Can i use dead leaves instead of compost as I don't have any compost at the moment. mine is small just under 1in. I have some leftover mango pits that I can use to catch them.
