native "sand spider"?There has been mention of a USA (maybe CA) native "sand spider" on arachnoboards or wherever. Anyone have any clue to what it is?

Wow thats one Ive never seen before ...cool!
Abdomen is flattening out just like Sicarius ...keeps the sand from rolling off and exposing her shape while buried in the sand. Legs, hairs, etc ...all about living in the sand!
I WANT some of these natives.

is this normal sand that she sticks to herself or is it her own natural exoskelly?
Nomatter what is it ::lol::, her camouflage is probably very effective to ambush preys and hide from predators but she's pretty much done if a humans passes by ::lol::. She might end up squished because of the fact that the human couldn't see her.
None the less, thats a very very nice spider.
