P-Nut's Christmas Present aka Wierd Interspecies LoveI'm not the only one who had a good Christmas! We took one of my friend's hamster babies for my rodent-obsessed Min Pin. Yes, my dog has his own pet. His rat passed away over the summer and he's been bummed. We tried to get a second dog, but he hates dogs. He is completely in love with his new hamster (Buddha). He brings it bits of his doggie bones and guards it from strangers. I have to put the cage up after a while because he's a bit overbearing and I don't want to stress little Buddha. But true to his name, this is the calmest, tamest hamster I've ever seen or heard of and has no issues with his large (well, comared to the hamster) and sharp-toothed care giver. I haven't uploaded my photos yet, but I'll be sure to post some when I do. These two will become best friends I'm sure!
