OK I got green light on the weekend of the 25th, so

Andrew and Nick my house Friday night.
Saturday ~4A.M. Frisco and Oscar? my house. departure shortly there after.
Meet Chase in Bakersfield, dispurse bodies to comfort zone. appx. 6:30
Concord by 11:00 to let the invasion begin.
After the meeting is still up in the air?

Head to Sacramento to have BBQ and sleep over at the Uehlings.
Sunday morning have breakfast burritos courtesy of Jetta, say our goodbys, head to Bakersfield to bug hunt at Britni's grandparents.
Head home. arrive 6-12 sometime say our goodby's.

i goofed. i was to go to my good good buddy's bday party and... it's the 25th :/

fate kind of seems to be conspiring against me as my house was ~supposed to have a garage sale (which i desperately need to turn all my crap i can't bring across the country into a bit of money) this weekend but apparently it is going to be the weekend of the 25th, too :/

i hope you guys all have fun. i am sorry that i can't go... a two day bug trip would have been excellent

I may be a no show on Sat night at Uehling's, I'll be having family time with my wife, son and brother in law.

Isn't Uehling in sac-town though? Isn't that further up north? (I better get this right or I'll have to freshen up on my geo).

Mind if I barge in? Jetta here, Uehling's wife.

Just wanted to get a head count on who's making the trip to Sac after the SFBATS meeting, want to make sure I plan for enough food.

We are planning dinner for those who are coming & breakfast for those who are staying over.

I plan to make a 4lb pork loin. Depending on the head count, I may be making 2 - 4 lb pork loins.

Is everyone okay w/garlic bread (home made of course) and salad?

I also plan on having chips, dip and my home made bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers!

If anyone has any special requests - please let me know, I'll be happy to accommodate.

For breakfast I decided to go with a couple different breakfast casseroles instead of the breakfast burritos (quicker to make and less mess).

I'll be preparing most of this Friday evening, so a head count sometime between now and Friday afternoon would be great.

Drinks? Soda, water?

P.S.......THERE WILL BE TARANTULA BITES - BEWARE!!!!

Hey Edgar finally nice to meet you. i think I can speak for all of us that attended that we had a blast. the attendance was insane, what was there 200-300 people? if not it sure seemed that way..

the only bug i have chilled to move was a chinese shield huntsman (er, something like that). i am pretty sure it moved so quickly and fast that it was beyond normal human sight to track =P
