Western Box-Elder Bug CareMy dad collect around 10 box elders 2 weeks ago. I have them under observation in a jar on my desk with plants and leaves for them. During that time I noticed that there was one prominent Male. He was mating with any female he could find. Now after 2 weeks the first off springs have hatched and emerged. They number more than 20. I think I can see the eggs that were laid in the soil. They look like little red beads.
How do I take care of them? Humidity? Will any type of soft leaf work as food? Substrate?
This is a first for me to take care of these little critters.
Thanks
