Cool! Great Minds think alike I guess! I do not have a Zeus yet but that will be soon! Thats cool that you are using mythological names as well! I do use other names such as squish. I almost squished his toes with the cup lid. My Cobalt is name mystery because she is one. She really does not burrow much. She goes in her log but then hangs out outside of it. Sapphire is my Singapore. Okie is a Oklahoma brown and blondie for Desert Blonde. You already know the story behind Merlin...My escape artist.....You get my point.....
I do not know about you but I intend to name every spider I get!
My husband on the other hand names his scorpions after computer games which I am not familiar with at all.
So which one of us is changing our name again ??? ::lol::

I also got on an "Hindu Mythology" kick, and named a lot of my Prehensile-Tailed Skinks after Hindu deities and mythological figures: Shiva, Shakti, Kali, Krishna, Radha, Maati, Arjuna, Mirabai, Sita, Sundar, etc., etc. They just had such a nice "ring" to 'em (plus, there are a LOT of them, and their male/female interrelationships are very complex, which allows for accommodating a lot of breeding group arrangements!)

::lol:: thanks Kyle. I like your collection too but you forgot to add their names ::lol::
I am jealous though. I want a Poecilotheria Metallica!
I need to add the more of the Poecilotherias to my collection. Its lacking.
The red slate I got from you is doing great and getting big. It is not shy now.

WE have the same names but for different species. I love your names.
The only ones we have the same are Zeus and Poseidon-our Red Slates.
The one I got from you is Zeus. I am so hoping I have a boy and a girl.
Are we considered "girly" for naming our T's? ::lol::

Well, hang in there, Denise -- a lot of us in scabies have them and there should be a lot of locally-bred babies available next year (2009). I have a pair that should be old enough to breed in the spring (which I guess would mean babies ~ December 2009 if they stick to the same timetable as the regalises).
