That is AWESOME!!! More fingers crossed for you! i know we'll want a few babies here as well. Heck, you'll probably be able to sell off all your babies to SCABIES members alone. i honestly don't know that i would have been interested previously but i couldn't take my eyes off those incredible spiders at our BBQ! Good Luck and keep us posted!

Well, I was gonna take a picture yesterday but didnt want to disturb her. Looks like egg sac is cut in half and you can almost see inside. As if she made the sac sitting down and then got up and half of it stuck to the ground....... he he, nice visual huh? And then, I just read about a huntsman that ate her egg sac so who knows. Im almost tempted to just knock it off so she can get started with a new one. What do you think?

The first momma made a real neat tunnel and it looks so cool. I'll take some pics after work. Im praying that the h. georgicola and r. rabida also hook it up with sacs. And then there is the Lynx im waiting one....geez! Im also praying that my girlfriend doesnt drop a sac on me...::lol::

Curious thing: I found the sac just layin there and the mom in the burrow so I thought she discarded it because it was the "defective looking" one. I was gonna take it when I returned home and see if it would hatch seperately but she re-attached it back on...... i just thought that was pretty cool what a great maternal instinct

i was just looking at your cool pics in the other thread and it got me to thinking about your Carolina sacs. How are they coming along? Are they still with the moms? i was worried something might have happened with the sacs when i saw that girl out and about in the pics.

i REALLY want some!! Where did you get those girls from? (i'll wait for your egg sacs first of course!!)

Well, !!

I was gonna tell you guys todaythat theyre HERE! I dont know how many yet but I see a few around the entrance of the burrow and pretty dark in there to get a count. I think theyve been here for two or three days since the mother hasnt come out of the burrow since then. I was thinking about letting them ride for a week? But if you guys want them now you can come and get a couple.

That is a freaking awesome pic!!!

i love how wolfies do that!! They look like they are just piled on top of her!! It will be interesting to know how many there are.

Those babies have to be teeny, tiny...

At what age do they normally leave the mom's back? i see a couple in the pic that are just next to mom.

i REALLY want to buy a few.

Can somebody tell me what i need to take care of them? Never had slings so tiny - except our widows and they are still experimental at this point.

What is a good way to provide ventilation for them without them leaving?

Oh, i have to have some!!!! i don't know how many you have or how much they will be but i would like to reserve 6 if possible. Thanks!!

Warren - is it cool if you pick up a couple (if there's enough) for me if you end up going tonight?

Thanks Johnny. I'll make sure to pay you back when I have some extras.
