Dear Warren:

We would like to invite you to join us as we celebrate the wonders of wetlands, wildlife, and the history of our area at Duck Daze 2009.  Our annual event will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2009, here at Hidden Valley Nature Center.  We would like to present family oriented activities for the 400-450 people who are expected to attend, including exhibits relating to families, wildlife, history, hayrides, nature/bird walks, crafts, live animal presentations, face painting and games are scheduled.  Food will be available for purchase.

Exhibitor set up time will be between 8:00 am and 10:00 am.  Each exhibitor will receive one or two exhibit tables and two chairs.  Reserve your space by either filling out the attached form or by calling me at the above number by May 2, 2009.  If additional accommodations are needed, please note on the form.  There is no charge for exhibitors.  If you have an activity that is child friendly or of educational value for the general public, please feel free to include that as part of your exhibit, as well as any information about your organization.  In case of rain, this event will be rescheduled.

Sincerely,
Margie Valdez

I can commit 99% and can bring a couple T's as well. The only reason I can't make it is if my ASCA club puts on a herding event or something that weekend.

Are we still invited to Butterfly Day?

Hello All,
This event is at the same time as the Bug show in the mUseum.

We can work on getting two teams to cover both events.
Those who attend the Saturday event can come and help on Sunday at the Museum.

just an idea.

I could totaly cover a table if you guys need me to. I'd like at least one more person to help out though.  For anyone that comes to this there will be a get together afterwards at my place. It's like a five minute walk from my house. Just let me know who is coming first

Is it too late for me to come and help out? I have a Giant vinegaroon that I could bring and probably one of my tarantulas as well.
