And a super hunt today! ...side tracked when bringing Andrew back home. Wink

In fact Andrew ran into a small colony of the desert roaches he has been searching for ..from what I understand for quite some time since he caught one confirming their presence in the "wastelands" area. No adults but 2 large subs and a bunch of nymphs. I got em ..now just gotta get them to grow. And I caught a beautiful stripeless S.polymorpha ...nice rich color and fairly hefty. !! ...something ive been wishing to run into. thumbup

i had so much fun at the party

it was good to meet some ppl for the3 first time and see everyone i already knew again

liz gave me this awesome book on mushrooms.... now hopefully i can see a death cup in nature Very Happy

(also, the book convinced me, based on how often i am wrong on bug IDs, that i will never eat mushrooms i find myself!)

andrew- yes it is a good book. i thought you would appriciate it. i personally would not eat any mushroom that did not come from a cow path. even then it would have to pass all kinds of tests. cheers big ears.
