MALE - you can see a narrow arch of E.F. forming above the epigastric furrow.

that yells out male to me. Also the narrower space between book lungs.

I've got one that has me sort of stumped.  Any help would be appreciated.

This is my A. seemanni.  I've got ventral and exuvium shots.

Hello,
I say male as the last pic seems to be part of the exuvia folded and not a flap indicating female.

regards
francisco

I had gotten this little b.smithi from Francisco T at the Bug Fair.  S/he just molted last Saturday night.  Is this thread more about how to sex than sex-my-T?  If so, sorry for posting wrongly...would anyone like to hazard a guess?

Thanks...

Fred, would this do?

My camera's pretty lame; even with the lighting just right, the tripod, and Skitters in a particularly shameless mood, I'm thinking this is as good as I can get for now.

Thanks!

HEllo Omar,

That my friend look like a nice lady to me.

I have a male that might come in handy for you if you want to introduce him to your girl.

Sounds good, Francisco.  It might be a while before she's ready.  Two more molts should do it and her last one was in early June.  I'll keep you in mind when she's ready.  Gracias!
