Hello all! I'm staying in LA for a week, between the 10th and 16th of January. I've got a few things lined up to do, but I'd like to make time to try and find some local T's. Any ideas, suggestions? I'm staying right downtown, in a area that I wouldn't mind getting away from each day! Smile
I'll have a car and so can travel around if its not too far....

A couple areas I will be going to Woodland Hills and Anaheim...

Well I'm probably the closes to downtown. This is a great oppertunity for a hike i just don't know the success rate of finding T's over here.

Cool, thanks guys.....
The Monday/Tuesday (14th/15th) are my best days for doing something. How far south in Orange County, btw? I don't know the area that well, being from Vancouver and all. Smile

Hey! I'm in Woodland Hills nearly every day! Hit me up if you want to grab a beer, or something.... I've not much to offer in the way of bugging at the moment.... Maybe if you're up for a rather rugged wet mountain mission. I got a dope hike reserved for those that want to see LA from a better vantage, and it's not too long, or difficult.

Have fun out here either way =)

Sweet! I don't know if we can find much bug life, or not.... I have trouble keeping my head out of the clouds when I hike.

It's Strawberry Mountain in the Gabriels, 14 miles up the 2 out of La Canada. One of the best climbs in the front range. Extra cool when wet too. Short, sweet, and the pay off view is something else on a clear day.... Only caught a clear day once out of all the times I've been up there though. It snowed on the way down a couple weeks ago. That was pretty cool.

I'll get my stuff together, and spit out some dates if you guys are interested. Any company is always welcome =)

Any of you guys got vertigo? The climb's not bad, it just looks bad at times. As long as you're not freakishly afraid of heights, and moderately nimble it's a breeze.

About dates, I realized I'm game for pretty much any time that I don't have previously planned things going on, or work.... and that consists of this weekend, the jan BBBQ, and mon-fri 8-4. So any saturday/sunday/holiday anyone wants to hit the trail hit me up.... We could do it the sunday after the BBBQ if anyone's game.

Hey all,
Just thought I'd throw it out one more time.... If you can get free tomorrow, Fing and I are going on the hike starting late morningish prolly.
Gonna establish a meeting place in the morning with him, but you can meet us at the trail head(need an adv. pass), or somewhere along the way(and ride with me).
Hit me up, I should be in the contacts.
Cheers,
Scott
