I received a mature female of this species a couple weeks after I had gotten 3 juvies and a mature male. One of the juvies perished for unknown reasons and the others are still doing well.

2/13/08 - Female received and placed in acrylic box with peat/sand mix.

Hour later the burrow that had been started looked like this:


2/14/08 - Female had a 'top' to the burrow and I decided to attempt the mating due to how frequently the male has been out and wandering.

After putting the male in the cage with the female, I promptly left the room to finish up with some other things. When I returned I found this spectacle...



I separated them at this point and decided to let them try again. It resulted in this:









Insertions were made right after this, due to the angle I couldnt get any decent pictures.
