I got scammed by this guy. He had a 4" Female P. miranda for sale for $80 + $21 for shipping last week and I fell for it. He also had a female P. metallica for $500 and a T. blondi for sale. I paid for the miranda and then I read a post from Anastasia asking if anyone's heard from him. Apparently she bought the miranda, metallica, and blondi from him for $600 before me and took off with her money! He was also trying to get Ryan (talkenlate04) to buy the metallica from him too AFTER he had already "sold" it to Anastasia! After Anastasia called the guy out, he got her phone number form someone and called her giving her the sob story, "ohhh my son's in the hospital blah blah blah". Turns out he doesn't even HAVE any tarantulas. Anastasia got her money back from her credit company. My credit card company is retarded so I have to wait 30 days before making a claim. I called the guy and gave him a week to give me my money back or I'm calling his local police department to get it for me.

Just a warning for you guys: If you don't know the person and it seems like its a good deal, ask around to see if anyone knows the person. I'm only dealing with people I know or have good references from well known people. I got a little too carefree with trusting people and giving people the benefit of the doubt. NO MORE!

This guy was Sean's friend or ex friend from Olworldspiders.
Sean is the guy who owes us the money for the T blondi.
Now I wonder if these two are the same person?????

Yeah I have Casey's number. Anastasia gave it to me. Do you have his address? It'll make it easier when I call the police. Maybe you'd like to join in on me in pressing charges if he doesn't give me my money back...

Kyle,
I happened to sent him $700
he offered me to pay $100 or so every couple weeks or so
till he pay off, hmm, le me see he tried to scam me now he asking for loan?? can people be that dumb?
I call paypal and they said, to dont accept any checks nor money orders
and he have to resolve this matter with them, so as I told Casey in my last PM
Casey lawyer'd up now, he said his lawyer will deal with all of us on his behalf
I cant get it!?? he have no money to pay off his scam, but pay his lawyer?
or maybe lawyers free in this country?
Am not sure whats the deal is now
I got backed up by my Visa, but paypal is have case open now
so, Kyle, you best bet file the claim, I wont trust this guy with my used bath water

Hello Kyle,
I don't have his address, perhaps you can ask people who recently got stuff from him.

He told me sometime ago, that he lend his name to Sean from Oldworldspiders to offer for sale his Singapore Blue slings, and I advise him not to lend his name to Sean and I explained why.
A few days after Casey told me that he ended his relationship with Sean as Sean was taking too long to send the slings and that might ruin Casey's name.

I hope they are not the same person. I am not sure of that and therefore I can not help you in prosecuting this guy, sorry Kyle.

I do hope you get your money back.

Oh, sorry! Yes, I got it from him. It came from someone else's paypal account. Someone by the name of Brandon Tucker. I think his paypal account was locked out and he payed someone else the money and used their bank account. Or at least I *hope* he did and didn't hijack someone else's account.
