Hey guys: As many of you know, Huell Howser was here at the Museum taping his verypopular show during the Bug Fair this past May.

Huell called Brent Karner today to let him know that this show will be airing on Tuesday, September 8 at 7:30 PM(with a repeat showing later the same night at 12:30 AM).
If you miss it,there will be another showing on Sunday, September 28 at 7:00 PM. Mark your calendars and enjoy.

oh my goodness that would be awesome, because I can't see it here in Bolivia.

I called Huel before I left for Bolivia and gave him my home phone number, so hopefully he should be calling my family to let them know.
He also told me that he'd send us a copy of the DVD!!!!

But since I'm in bolivia....I won't get to see it unless someone can digitally record it and put it on youtube.....at least our segment.

I can segment it, no problem at all. But from experience, the show tapes are sent out if requested and theyre pretty good about it. Ive had a few similar deals and they always come through. So someone should check up on it and if possible, have a copy sent to me (havent had problem with copies either) and I will convert the VHS (most are in this format) or DVD. I could add credits, put the website on there and stuff.

Hello,
I will ask Brent Karner, this Saturday to see if he gives me a copy in case he gets one, if not I will ask him to request one from the producers of the show.

Hopefully Nesh gets one that we could use.

YES...Several SCABIES members were featured, especially Andrew and myself.

Huel told me himself that he will send me a copy of the DVD (to my home address in Los Angeles)

I will have my parents send it to me in Bolivia so that I can see it.

Also, I can ask Huel to send a copy to Johnny.

Johnny, what is your address, so that I can have them mail it to you?
Then you can edit out our section and put it on youtube, or make some sort of video compilation for the SCABIES site.

If the show is recorded on a DVR arent there USB slots or something in the back to transfer the recording to a laptop or PC?

I saw it. Great once again. I was even spotted several times. In one shot you could see me pulling my dad in a yellow shirt to come closer to the camara ::lol::.

Cool show.

I did not know Cloei freehandle centis too.

It was nice to see some of the members and other friends too.

I could see myself in the background when they interview Jerri about the Luna moths.

I wasn't home earlier so I missed the first showing. However, I'm waiting up for the second airing at 12:30am. I'm never asleep that early anyway. I wish I had a way to record it though.

Actually saw myself in the background when they did the mantis interview next to Crazy Dave's. I'm surprised they didn't show his Leeches segment. But it was cool to see the SCABIES name mentioned so prominently Smile
