I hiked this yesterday. This is a pretty nice trail that's reasonably close to town. Its about a 6 mile hike so its not too long and the view at the top is excellent! It was a little chilly so I didn't see much invert/herp activity. I did find an A. pococki that scurried into his burrow when I approached and many Uta struggling to gain any kind of warmth from the sun. I love how green SoCal is this time of the year!
The sunset last night was AWESOME! It made for some great lighting. This was taken at the trailhead. Iron Mt. is in the background.
Very nice. whats the herp life up there usually like? _________________ “Look down at me and you see a fool;

Friday the 13th if anybody is brave enough to go out on that day....... _________________ “Look down at me and you see a fool;

I have an education to assist in the morning, but the evening is clear for me. I'll wear my rabbits foot and bring a garlic necklace, you never know who'll be out that day
