HEllo All,
Well, I was feeding last night and noticed my smallest adult P metallica female dead.

It happen recently as she was still in good condition.

I got her out of her cage and double check if she was dead and she was.

So I wraped her up and placed it inside the freezer, at least I will be able to mount her for my collection.

regards

francisco

Hello All,

Kyle,
it was weird as she was always in one spot, she did not move much but was eating. Her abdomen was full and hard, She was just laying on one side of the terrarium.

The male was cohabitating with her.

My P mets came from Ryan and he suffered a similar loss with one female too.

Who knows.

francisco

I'm sorry to hear this.

May she R.I.P I do hope that you find out what happened to cause this as we don't want it happening again. You said that Ryan had something similar happen with his T? Because I find that odd.......

Idk but I hope that the problem what ever it was is found out and prevented in the future. *Hugs*

Sorry to hear about the loss. I just lost my Iomachus politus. I put him in the freezer I was going to ask how to pin him and what I should use and where to get it. I just want a small container so he can be alone. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello All,
thank you for your concern.

Gilbert, just buy some pins and position the scorpion how ever you think is best and let it dry on its own.

Bioquip products has everything you need to start a collection.

choose 00 for pins
