Found a good mix of scorps (and two mature male T's, which I'll include in this post for those interested). Some of the scorps I could not ID but made my best guess at. I could be completely off on some of them, and a couple were pretty obvious. Interestingly some of the S. mesaensis found had very dark coloration. We also found Vaejovis puritanus (but did not photograph (should have just for record keeping purposes). We only took and photographed a few scorps.

I figured a couple of the scorps were interesting enough to post over here  Laughing

Vaejovis spinigerus

Smeringurus mesaensis (dark color variant, 2i or 3i) ?

Vaejovis vorhiesi, seems to match description here: http://science.marshall.edu/fet/Euscorpius/p2007_51.pdf Locality seems a bit west compared to any reference I have found online so far?

Smeringurus mesaensis

Vaejovis spinigerus

Smeringurus vachoni (young, I am now fairly certian on ID based off type of hard packed gravel type soil and general match up to other Smeringurus traits)

Smeringurus vachoni (subadult possibly,  I am fairly certian on ID based off type of hard packed gravel type soil and general match up to other Smeringurus traits)
