Hello everyone,  it has been several years sence I posted anything up as I moved to texas and dont get a chance to make it to california that often.
This is a request for some help.  I would really like while I am here to find a couple Bothriocyrtum californicum or Hebestatis theveneti to make one species tank to have back home in texas.  I have been out walking around the area that I am staying with family and have not had any luck yet finding a single spider.  If anyone here has a spot that they wouldnt mind sharing with me I couldnt thank you enough.  I really would like to get some trapdoor photos in the wild while I am here and make a nice display tank back home.  I had a couple in tanks a few years back and gave them away to a friend before my move and really miss my pet holes.
I hope to hear from you guys soon.

thanks for the tip.  I will be doing some family stuff tomorrow and I am heading out on friday so I will see what I can find tonight and tomorrow afternoon/evening.  Maybe next time I will plan ahead better and try to setup a full bug hunt with you guys in SD and Oceanside.
