Located in Riverside, CA off the 91 @ Tyler. Seriously, <edit> this place. The owner was a completely arrogant douche with little to no customer concern. His inverts are kept in awfully small containers with very little substrate and gel water. I'm not a reptile expert, but I know for a fact that the reptiles were kept in cramped conditions.
The prices were completely outrageous. I know for a fact that A.Avic's were at least $40 there, and that's for a really common beginner species.
I've been there myself and seen the conditions of there inverts were horrible, and the gel cubes in w/ the T's. i tried explainig to them about the gels and they just put up their noses and said they have been doing it for years w/ no ill effects....Real A-Holes _________________ “Look down at me and you see a fool;

yeah i aggree with you <edit> this place the owner is stuck up and way too over priced.
He has told me straight out that he HATES tarantulas and only keeps them in the store to make money off them. Then he proceeded to TOSS a deli cup with a lividum at me when I asked to see it. The owner is an arrogant, egotistical @$$. He occasionally gets some decent employees tho. His prices are outrageous. _________________ www.Legalizeferrets.com

What the hell is his problem? He needs to get his head out of his @$$! Man is that guy a b1tch. Why won't he let you see a tarantula. What's he afraid of, are you going to buy it? And since you said that the prices are outrageous how could you buy it?
The only way I see it is if you have the money on you or you're filthy rich. Seriously some one need to mess him up good to get his senses flowing right. And I mean really good too. Make him cry to his mommy.
Or you could just report him or something......even better.

I have been in there myself , dealt with the guy -jerk- he has offered to sex my T's yet he doesnt like them ; give me break ? The people that work for them are nice so that must make up for him .. His prices are deplorable . Today out of being simply nosy I checked out the T's , they do not clean the containers and the gel is just gross .. Also they have tiger rumps and one of them had a bad scar on its rump and I told them they need to better care for these beauty's . But on deaf ears it falls .
