Hello ALl,
JAcob, I believe it will be on Oct 17th and 18th.

I will get us a table as soon as I get the applications, so any one interested on manning the table for an hour or more is welcome to.

Lou this is an Insect show held at the Bronco Center inside the Cal POly POmona campus. It is at the same time as their famous pumpkin patch

I will be visiting and strolling around on Saturday after 1 P.M. with the family than on Sunday bright and early I'll be there ready to man the table preferably the educational one.

Are there any name tags and times I need to know about to get in first thing?

Hello All,
I need to know who will be there to man the table and watch over all the inverts I will take, if anyone wants to bring their own inverts you are more than welcome.

preferably inverts that can be handle, but we really need to cautious.

We don't need another loss due to handling.

Anyways please tell me when you will be there to help.

So far I don't have anyone secured for Saturday Morning.

Alex will be thereSunday but he is a minor and I would like to have an adult there to supervise things.

please let us know.

francisco

I think Eric is there both days all day so until we get confirmation from him I think we are set for at least one of the tables.

Hi Guys,

Yes, I will be there both days! I can be there early Saturday but need some free time later in the day to be with my girlfriend so we can get pumpkins for the kids. I will be there Sunday also.

Francisco, feel free to call me to work out the details for Saturday morning.

                                   Thanks, Eric

Cisco:  are you sure it starts at 8 on Saturday?  The web page I posted a link to above says 9 am.  (It says 8-5 for the Pumpkin Festival, but 9-4 for the Insect Fair).

Also, everyone note that it looks like it is in a different location this year from last year.  The web page shows a map that says it's in the "Bronco Student Center", north of Temple Street.  (Last year it was *south* of Temple street, behind the Farm Store).  Please be sure to look at the map on the web site.
